Brandy Barnes

Brandy is a favorite with everyone who comes into the salon. She's passionate about her work and wins over her clients with her easy going, upbeat personality and unique flair behind the chair. Brandy is a graduate of Trenholm Tech College where she received honors in advanced foil placement and she has been refining her skills for the past 7 years.

Carrie Wilborn

Carrie's career in cosmetology began in 2003 as an apprentice under master stylist Kelly Markos. They have had a long-term relationship in and out of the salon. Carrie's natural abilities were immediately apparent and allowed her to progress very quickly into an excellent colorist, hair designer and makeup artist. She has had extensive outside experience with shows and educational events. This background helped develop her into the exceptional stylist and makeup artist she is today and has made her an in demand stylist in the salon.

Kelly Markos

Kelly's career behind the chair has been a rewarding and multi-dimensional path. After 35 years in the industry her skills are finely tuned and her ability to connect with clients is exceptional. She has had the opportunity to apprentice several successful and progressive stylists during her career, which has been a deeply rewarding experience. Kelly has her own unique style and approach towards each and every client's needs and final outcome. Her goal is for everyone visiting the salon to leave happy with his or her service and feel at home within the salon.

Pamela Lawson

Pamela is a veteran stylist with extensive training and educational events that has refined her skills throughout her career. Her passion for her work and clients is reflected through the personal relationships she builds with her clientele and the excellent color services and hair designs that are created in her chair. Pamela's sweet and calm nature lends to her being a “rock” for others in and out of the salon to lean on. She has a extremely loyal following and has been a consistent and loyal team member of d'Markos.

Kelly Norton

Kelly is part of a core group that has a long-term history with Randall's/d'Markos Salon. Her southern belle charm has been a proven winner with her clientele who have been extremely devoted to her. A graduate of John Patterson Technical College, Kelly has refined her skills behind the chair for the last 20 years. She apprenticed under Billy Don Spinks as part of her career training. Kelly is a certified colorist of multiple color lines. Her distinctive flair with hair designs and color services makes her a favorite with all her clients.

Ruthie Thomas

Ruthie is a favorite with all who come into her presence. The “brains” of the salon, she is the go-to person for all questions. She began her career in 1975 and was a previous salon owner of David's Den. She has been the stylist to 3 of our state govenors—Wallace, Hunt and James. Her specialty is with men's services but she is very skilled with women's cut & styles, perms and color services.

Wendy Yates

Wendy is a graduate of Career Beauty College. Her career in cosmetology began in 1984 and has carried her through several different salon situations but her long term history is with Randall's/d'Markos Salon for the past 17 years. She is passionate about her services and has a large and devoted clientele. Wendy is a veteran stylist with many accomplishments and certifications. Her energy and talent behind the chair are reflected in all of her styles, cuts & color services. She adores all of her clients and thinks of them as family.

David Rowland

The dream to become a sought after New York stylist is easily within his reach and, no doubt, will become a reality as his career path and skills will open many doors for him.

Kalena Wilkins

Kalena is a high energy and highly motivated stylist. A graduate of cosmetology in 2005 from Southern Union College, her career has taken her to salons in Auburn and Birmingham before joining the staff at d'Markos in 2009.

With her excellent skills behind the chair Kalena has very quickly built a large and loyal clientele and is a preferred stylist in the salon. Her extensive training has expanded her options to offer a variety of services. A bubbly and fun personality makes Kalena a delight to be around and a winner with her clients.

Krista Perkins

Krista's unique personality and style fits perfectly with this industry. Energetic and upbeat, she approaches her work with a critical eye. Licensed since 2003, she has built a clientele that is fiercely loyal to her. Her creative nature allows for limitless possibilities that are reflected in all of her work.

Tavia's love for her work is reflected in everything she does behind the chair. Dedicated to the extreme, Tavia is a shining star in the salon. The newest team member to d'Markos but a seasoned stylist of 13 years, she is very accomplished in multiple areas of our industry. She is passionate about building trust with her clients and has strong communication skills that quickly builds a bond with her clients. Her finished work is her advertisement and is revealed with every client leaving her chair.

Naomie Raney

Naomie is very uniquely skilled. Gifted with a natural ability in all areas of cosmetology and exceptional skills have come shining through from her first day in the salon. One of the newer team members to d'Markos, she has shined not only behind the chair but also in many areas of the salon and spa. Artistic, thoughtful and creative with her approach to all of her clients, she is a winner with everyone in the salon.

Haley McDonald

Haley has the “it” factor for the artistry of cosmetics. This is a field that requires a creative imagination and a strong visual sense. Proper application, attention to detail and choosing the correct makeup is critical to achieving the desired outcome. Haley's extensive training with a variety of professional cosmetic lines has polished her skills to perfection. Her ability to match skin tones and create the right image for her clients is superior. Ever helpful, Haley will not only makeover her clients to a beautiful finish but guides you to the correct choices for your best look.

Debbie Lovette

Debbie joined the d'Markos team in Jan of 2011 and was instantly one of the most seasoned stylists within the salon. A veteran hairdresser with a wealth of knowledge and talent, she came to us as a previous owner of Capelli Salon of Montgomery. Her quirky sense of humor, loveable charm and impeccable sense of style makes you feel like part of the family every step of the way. Her extensive knowledge with Redken color and color techniques puts her at the top of her class. She'll make your visit to the salon one you won't soon forget.

Carrie Wilborn

Amanda Donohoo

Amanda has proven to be an excellent addition to the d'Markos team. Graduating with honors from Trenholm Technical College in 2010, she began her career at d'Markos while completing her required courses. She has quickly expanded her knowledge and skills behind the chair in many areas of the salon. Amanda has a passion and very distinctive flair for formal hairstyling and color services. Her attention to detail and focus are her best assets when working with her clients.

Anita Maddox

Anita is the face and the voice of d'Markos. With her million-watt smile and big personality, she is beloved by everyone who comes into her presence. She is capable of multi-tasking to a degree that few can match and never lets a client feel left out. Her specialty is making each and every client feel like they have just come home and keeping all of the staff in smiles throughout the day. A graduate of Charles Henderson High in Troy Al, she continued with business classes at AUM as well as completing real estate school. However, she found her way into the salon industry 30 years ago and has been in front desk management every since. She is absolutely the heartbeat of the salon and we all adore her.

Christy Dell'aria

Christy exudes enthusiasm in everything she does. She dreamed of becoming a cosmetologist and had a natural flair for hairstyling before she came onboard with d'Markos in 2009. The opportunity to apprentice in the salon under Wendy Yates and Kelly Markos has allowed her to live out her dream. Artistic by nature, Christy loves formal styling, all color services and creative hair design. Her talents are not limited to the salon, as Christy also is a lead singer in a local band and has become the resident coordinator for all marketing and in-house material.

Patti Suhr

Patti is our lovable, nutty personality of the salon. A jokester by nature, she always has a smile for everyone. A graduate of cosmetology from John Patterson school, her career has been bound by a few core people in the salon that have been an unbreakable group for many years. Early training under Nathan Leigh set the stage for a long-term career that has included working at Randall’s Salon, owning and operating HoneyKutts Salon and has been a team member of d’Markos for the last 4 years. She is adored by all of her clients and wins you over with her skills and laughter.

Katherine Damron

Kat is a uniquely devoted to her services and the therapeutic benefits of massage therapy. In her presence, you can feel her spiritual nature and energy. Kat’s consultation with her clients immediately creates confidence in the service they will receive from her. She has an uncanny ability to sense what their body needs and can tolerate. The therapeutic benefits of Kats services have to be experienced to understand just how beneficial continued and consistent massage therapy can be.

Michelle McClure

Michelle, an aesthetician for over 10 years, comes to us from the coast of Mississippi where she worked at the spa in the Beau Rivage Casino & Hotel. Katrina brought her to Montgomery where she has continued her career at Renaissance Hotel and Spa and has become an on-call service provider at d’Markos in 2011. With a focus on a holistic approach to skin care, Michelle offers a unique insight to overall skin health. Her facial services are not only relaxing but have the overall benefit of healthy skin. She always establishes an educated assessment of your skin care needs and recommends products that will promote the health and beauty of your skin. Extensive training and product knowledge of a variety of skin care lines, she has been extremely impressed with the results and options available for service and take-home with the gloTheraputics line of skin care.
